I have a bad habit. I use to buy food that I do not eat. Of course I don't plan to do that. It's just that I forget about things in the fridge and cupboards. When I finally find them, I throw them away. I guess I could still eat most of it, but I don't feel like it. What a shame!
Here is what I will do: I will only buy things that I really am going to eat (I am going to write a shopping list). This will save me money (and a bad conscience). And maybe instead I will buy organic food more often.
