We want to communicate the sensation of being in awe of nature!
We are developing and teaching a method how to bring ease in a system, how to let it evolve, flourish and flow in its natural rhythm and patterns.

We go deep into our own system, sensing and understanding its life... we address all dimensions of being, the sensual, the emotional, the intellectual and the spiritual level. From within we will get a sense of the interconnectivity and interdependency of all organic and anorganic matter.
Out of this experience and realization a natural environmentalism will emerge.

SHIFTING TERRAIN
Taught by four international art and sustainability educators: Satu Palokangas, Stefa Roth, Bruno Caverna and Lars Schmidt, the training will include Laban/Bartenieff, contact-improvisation, ecosomatics/bodywork, music, permaculture and nature awareness methodologies.
